Born and raised in Munich, Benita brings a distinctly German precision and professionalism to the Mojo Estates team. She completed her secondary education in Bavaria before going on to finish her formal real estate training in Munich, qualifying through the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in partnership with Engel & Völkers — one of the most recognised names in the industry. That foundation gave her a rigorous grounding in property from the very start of her career.
After gaining her initial experience in Germany, Benita made the move to the Costa del Sol and joined the House of Mojo in August 2025. The transition felt like a natural fit — a market full of European buyers, many of them German-speaking, looking for exactly the kind of knowledgeable, trustworthy advisor she had trained to be.
Fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of Swiss-German and Austrian, Benita is particularly well placed to support Mojo’s German-speaking clientele — guiding them through a process that can feel complex from abroad, in a language that makes everything easier.
Outside work, her time belongs to her dogs. She loves to travel, seeks out good restaurants wherever she goes, and bakes — a detail that tells you something about her patience and attention to detail.
Her goal is simple: to help as many people as possible find their dream property on the Costa del Sol. At Mojo, she has exactly the right place to do it.
