As a former Director at Deloitte, she spent over 25 years advising large and mid-cap organisations across international markets, specialising in digital transformation, data-driven strategy, and performance improvement. She has worked with complex financial institutions and global organisations, combining technological capability with strategic execution to deliver measurable, lasting results.
Originally from Dublin, Tracy has called the Costa del Sol home for the past five years — long enough to know the market intimately and to have built the kind of local relationships that only come with time and genuine presence. She joined the House of Mojo in April 2026, bringing her corporate expertise to a role that sits at the intersection of real estate, capital, and investor relations. Her focus is on the full vertical integration of the business — aligning strategy, execution, and investment to create a seamless, end-to-end experience for clients at every stage of their property journey.
