Odile studied Law at the University of Málaga, graduating in 2004 and building her practice across more than eleven years of specialisation in Civil Law litigation. Her career included court-appointed work through the Málaga Bar Association’s Legal Aid Service across civil, criminal, and domestic violence jurisdictions, as well as roles at major Marbella law firms — experience that gave her a breadth of legal knowledge that few property lawyers on the Costa del Sol can match.
Born in London to a German father and Spanish mother, Odile has lived in Marbella since the age of three and knows the region and its legal landscape as well as anyone. She joined the House of Mojo in 2024, bringing her Civil Law expertise and litigation background to the Mojo Legal team, where she guides international clients through Spanish property law, transactions, and compliance with the precision and care that comes from nearly two decades of practice.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Odile bridges the gap between international buyers and the complexities of the Spanish legal system with clarity and confidence.
For Odile, Mojo means enjoying work, coming to the office happy, and surrounding herself with inspiring colleagues and bosses. She values attention to detail, good manners, and professionalism. She loves her profession and feels fortunate to have found the perfect combination with Mojo—happy, proud, and grateful to be part of this family.
