Born in Málaga and living in Fuengirola, Ainoa is deeply rooted in the Costa del Sol—this is where her family, friends, and entire life story remain. She completed her primary education in Los Boliches before studying at Universidad Laboral in Málaga, where she earned a higher vocational degree in Finance and Accounting.
With over ten years of experience in financial and administrative departments, Ainoa previously worked in several administrative agencies, including the office of Mojo’s collaborator Vicente Sánchez. Through Vicente, she got to know Mojo and had been handling the company’s accounting at his agency since 2019 before officially joining the team.
She joined the Mojo family in November 2023, bringing her deep financial expertise and familiarity with the company’s operations.
As Financial Controller, Ainoa manages accounting records, controls cash flow, prepares financial reports, and handles invoices and payments while ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations. She also supports budgeting, financial analysis, and internal controls, helping the company make informed decisions across all divisions.
A native Spanish speaker, Ainoa is gradually learning English and has very good understanding of it, bridging communication with international clients and partners.
Outside work, Ainoa enjoys discovering new food spots, spending time in nature, being with family and friends, traveling, and going out. She loves animals, and her greatest dream would be to live in the countryside and have a farm.
