Per was born in Sønderborg, Southern Denmark, and holds an Executive MBA in Change Management from Aarhus University, alongside a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, a Diploma from the International Advertising Association, and a BSc in Business Administration — an academic foundation that has informed every venture he has built since. House of Mojo is his third company built from the ground up. Before it, he led Vizuel, an advertising and printing house, co-founded Stemcare A/S, a stem-cell biotech venture in Aarhus that was sold in 2007, and co-founded Viabill.com, a fintech technology venture sold in 2018. He has also held board memberships across life science, IT, marketing, and real estate throughout his career.
Per co-founded Mojo Estates with Jacob Johansen on the 23rd of March 2018, and what began as a premium real estate agency in Mijas has since evolved into House of Mojo — a vertically integrated real estate and lifestyle group spanning seven companies. As CEO across the group, he is responsible for overall strategy, capital allocation, and mergers and acquisitions, while leading a team of over 65 professionals from more than twelve nationalities across Mojo Estates, Mojo Sharing, Mojo Rentals, Mojo Cleaning, Mojo Capitals, Mojo Exclusive, and Mojo Media. He also chairs the board of the Mojo Capitals entities in Denmark.
Fluent in Danish, English, and German, Per is based in Benalmádena, Spain. What he is most proud of is not the awards or the transactions — it is the Mojo family they have built together, united by a shared passion for success and a genuine commitment to the people they serve.
