Born and raised in Mendoza, Argentina—the land of sun and good wine—Belén brings international finance expertise to the Costa del Sol. She studied Public Accounting at Universidad Católica Argentina, gaining a solid foundation that shapes her approach today.
Belén’s career began at PwC as a summer intern before joining the International Audit team full-time. She then moved to Accenture for project management before relocating to Spain, where she worked at an international tech company in Madrid developing deeper financial operations experience.
She joined the Mojo family in April 2023, shortly after moving to Málaga.
As CFO, Belén oversees all financial operations—budget control, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis—while supporting strategic planning, risk management, and internal process optimization across all Mojo divisions.
A native Spanish speaker fluent in English, Belén bridges international business communication seamlessly.
Outside work, she’s relaxed and easygoing, enjoying workouts, reading, cooking, and occasional painting. A big coffee fan, she loves discovering new cafés with friends and family. Always curious and open to new experiences, she sees changes as opportunities to challenge herself and grow.
