Originally from Northern Ireland, Liam spent 20 years in construction—10 years working hands-on and another 10 in construction project management. When he moved to Spain eight years ago, he was ready for a new challenge but wanted to remain connected to his passion for property, leading him naturally into real estate.
Liam’s construction background proves invaluable to his clients. During viewings, he spots details others might miss—from structural considerations to renovation potential—providing insights that help clients make truly informed decisions. This technical knowledge, combined with his project management experience, makes him particularly effective at guiding clients through both new developments and resale properties.
Since joining Mojo Estates in September 2023, Liam has focused on understanding each client’s exact requirements, maintaining regular contact with updates on properties matching their criteria, and personally escorting them through viewings when they visit the Costa del Sol.
Fluent in English with growing Spanish skills, Liam’s sociable nature and genuine love for meeting new people make him approachable and easy to work with throughout the property journey.
Outside work, Liam fully embraces the Costa del Sol lifestyle—beach walks, lunches along the paseo with friends, gym sessions, fishing, and outdoor barbecues. His active, social approach to life reflects why he loves living here, and that enthusiasm for the region comes through in every client interaction.
